Sometimes it doesnt work the first try and could also use a pre installed white button. Just a recommendation.

Simple setup (read the 3 step instructions and the FAQs if needed, they are clear and brief). I did research all options and this is the real deal! No hub required, and the control is in your hands. Works flawlessly for 1 year now, 3 bulbs, and I want more bulbs!

Please add pre loaded colors, I really loved the product and planning to buy it in all home lights

Works with the light fine and its cool to be able to set lighting to whatever color you want. Many spelling errors throughout app, though. I just wish it was compatible with Siri so I could tell her to turn the lights off when Im tired.

I have about 20 of these lights and I use this app constantly. Its great that it shows on my Apple Watch but I wish it would show in glances. It would be easier to get to it on the watch. I plan to buy more bulbs so thank you for continuing updates and improving this app.

After the fixed bug in the last update, this app is once again beyond amazing. It has a very easy to use interface with amazing and innovative functions to make the most out of your LED lights! I would highly recommend! (Also, use this app for LED CONCEPTS Halo kits)

Documentation says 18 meters without obstacle. Reality is somewhere between 3 and 4 meters max. The bulb usually points to ceilling or floor. Therefore the antenna is not properly oriented for maximum reach.

Very nice. But please, please, please add widget for on/off

After installing it and using it one time now the app wont show what vehicle I have and I cannot turn my lights off

Have this app for lights on my boat. Its pretty sweet. However, added a full playlist for music playback- but you cant shuffle songs. Would love to see that improvement.

For anyone having issues with this app, search for MagicLight BT in the app store. Its less buggy and has the high res support for 6/6+.

The light bulb no longer appears in the app without being force rebooted. Used to work like a charm, now completely unreliable.

(Edit) please fix music will not let me play iTunes library giving me a null error...... :( great app but I need music feature please.......! Awesome app I purchased headlight rgb boards through led concepts music function used to work fine! Until now it does not allow me to play music please fix this :( other than that its a great app!

Needs wake up mode in 12hr time rather than just 24hr Ability to choose white as a color for the light... Seems the only time it was white was the first time i plugged it in. Then I can only choose off-white colors like "warm" Also needs a proximity mode so it turns on when Im near and off when i leave a room! Would be awesome! Bug- causes the alarm to not work. If you turn the bulb Off and send the alarm. The bulb repeats the last mode or command that the bulb was using. Whether it be green, strobe or OFF. New color capture mode is cool. App captures color accurately but the bulb is pretty far off sometimes.

The bulb and the app are fun, but there are two things that dont work. First, the disco function does not work. It doesnt hear the microphone at all. Second, the custom function doesnt seem to save. That is a pain if you take the time to create a nice custom pattern. There are some other things that could use attention as well. I dont know if this doesnt work because of the app or because the bulb wasnt designed to have it, but I understood it has a blacklight feature which I cant get to work. In addition, the help file and specifically the troubleshooting portion need to be expanded. Help me fix these things and maybe answer the question around the blacklight, and Ill bump up the rating. There are a few things that would be nice to add as well. The strobe is great, but it would be nice to have a random setting or a custom timing setting so it could look like the bulb is flickering, like the power is going on and off.

Bulbs are fun to use and all functions work great so far. Like it.

Ive had it for about three months now, I bought it for my new born in our room as a night light. Which works great by the way! I can chose any color I want and dim as well. Music works fine with me and all other functions. The only thing that I think is missing is widget to be able to pull down and Dim or change color. Instead of me having to unlock my phone and open up the app and make a change. Other than that I think it work great!

Using this with iPhone 6 plus along with Apple watch and it works very well, does have a few bugs that continue to rear their ugly head every now and then but its 85 percent effective. Really would live to see this work with homekit.

Unimaginative and lazy app making. The lights are only as good as the app and this app doesnt have any interesting functions. Just the very basics. It also constantly resets so I have to keep on syncing my lights to my phone.
