Its gotten better. But still needs a few things. Also app support doesnt exist.

The ability to turn bright white only seems to be available when you unplug it for a long time. Or select warm (yellowish). It needs a way to set it white.

Secondly using the app to turn on the light is annoying and the lag time of 5-10seconds is too much for light switch use.

It also only does the previously used color or effect while setting the alarm. Which is really only useful literally only if you are about to turn it off.

The app needs to have:

Alarm effects or color options for when it turns on

an auto on/off feature using blue tooth connectivity.

Ex.
If you get close enough to detect, turn on. Too far to detect, turn off. (Separately, because some may only want the auto on portion)

Another handy option would be that if power was flicked off and then on quickly the bulb would toggle on/off mode.

So it stays in sleep mode and once activated via the Bluetooth signal turns on instantly. But this would save time instead of needing to use the app to turn it on/off.
